I find this comany is very slow and keeps crashing and has a lot of error messages. And it has crappy communication when wanting to ask questions.

We were with Rogers, got a deal on Perkopolis and switched but made a worse decision to go with Primus. So many outages, kids study for university exams, projects and internet is always down, not stable, comes and by the time we try to connect it's gone again. The customer service is horrible. They mess up everything. The onboarding, the move requests, the payments, credit checks. And when you call their customer service, they barely speak English, hard to understand and probably they're operating their call center out of India or somewhere else over VOIP because the call quality absolutely sucks. This company doesn’t care if you go to credit collection, the dont answer emails, non of their phone numbers are reachable from abroad, basically the don not care about giving service the just sell.

30% on average packet loss. Customer service makes you jump through hoops and do speedtests both in browser and in the command line. their recommendations are maddening and their solutions always point to user error.
