Three times I was dropped from the chat line after answering all the questions . just dropped in the middle of the conversations twice, by Natasha on June 14th/23 and once by Michel June 13th/23. Also many times I have called by phone to Primus support only to hold the phone for hours and never do they answer the phone--so don't bother to try to call Primus by phone.

In 4 months connection dropped 3 times during work week. When cancelled got charges of $100 plus other “equipment handling fees for $20, plus prorated amounts.

The wifi constantly goes out. In fact, it goes out so much that the wifi is out almost as much, if not more, than it is on. It isn't even a matter of it says 'internet not available' or 'connected without internet' which is annoying by itself, but it will say connection failed, the networks will show up but you cannot select them/connect to them, or the networks sometimes won't even show up.
