Wrong contract
It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

In decline since it was Bell
It's incredible how Bell managed to transform E-Box, a dynamic and well-liked company, into a sclerotic, unpleasant Bell branch with billing methods that were at best cumbersome and at worst fraudulent. The cat-and-mouse game was imported from Bell: if a customer is loyal to E-Box and doesn't complain, they get ripped off. The rates charged to former customers are higher than the advertised rates! A great way to reward your best customers.

EBox Becomes BELL: Service Changes
2022 - This is the date to remember. EBox is now a BELL service just like Virgin Mobile, the quality of customer service and mediocrity of customer service is now the norm. As for the internet network, it's okay, but impossible to get answers when you call customer service or try to downgrade services. DO NOT TOUCH THAT!!!!
