Customer service and technical support, they pass the buck, they don't want to help us and they didn't connect my internet! No installation, no services and I paid $50. The impression: it's as if they don't care about us customers, it's a shame. I was surprised. With other companies I've never had this kind of problem. Hoping that will change.
