It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

I have been with EBOX since July and I am very happy. Being a low-income person, low prices are what I was looking for. However, today, after only 6 months, I have just been informed that I will be increased by $4/month starting in April, this kind of news is not very pleasant to receive.

Quite frequent breakdown. The Nokia access point is outdated and we have little control over it. I am informed of an increase of $4 per month on $35, it is too much 11% increase. I am changing supplier.

The experience went well for the installation and the price is decent for the service provided. The EBOX platform would benefit from being more accessible, but I recommend EBOX if you want a not too expensive and efficient internet network.
