We are lucky to have very few repeating issues with Telus, they have always been quick to arrive for repairs and assistance. Telus staff are always very knowledgeable and patient, who can ask for anything more? We will be staying where we are for top quality internet provider!

In the last month the internet has gone off and on for at least 5 hours sometimes it’s ok but when it starts going down Telus internet sucks I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone i am going to file a complaint wil the crtc

It's hard to find decent priced, reliable internet in the countryside and Telus manages to do a good job for rural, isolated parts of BC. The chat box has made it a little more user friendly for troubleshooting, but overall a phone call is the bet option to get service and advice. is usually very good. BUT there are times of poor reception, but most times it works very well. I do love their 'seniors' rates that they offer, as it is a lower amount charged to seniors on lower income. I find that most helpful and very generous of them!

Very satisfied to have high speed by optical fiber. A little expensive but it is the only provider that gives the fiber with a small bill

I've been with Telus for more than 3 years. I used to have the 1 gig plan, but then I downgraded to 250 Mbps and it's been going good so far. Work from home and movie streaming is working good.

I’m not sure I’d feel different with any of the major internet or mobility providers. I constantly feel as though they are running a monopoly and gouging with fees whenever they can. We have had intermittent connection problems x 3 years - dropping connection, etc. They have come out and troubleshooting occured several times - always a new theory as to why things are cutting in and out. Nothing has helped more than a short period of time. Need something more reliable.
