The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help. Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. It's hard to understand the association between Koodo and Telus... I used to be with Koodo and was very happy with it. I had to change my phone in December 2024 and was only offered Telus deals. I hope it will be good with Telus too.

Invoices, at many suppliers, are complex and difficult to track. Communications are, as in many places now, difficult...access to a clerk, understanding of the language by the clerk, etc... From one supplier to another, I often have the feeling that these are the same factors of difficulty. Thank you.

Like most carriers in Canada, they are overpriced and will only make you a better deal to match anothet offer if you threaten to leave them. Customer service capacity is insufficient, the 5G network is spotty and billing is inconsistent without being able to provide a satisfactory explanation.Not recommended at all.
