The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help. Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. I have telus security, They needed a credit check when activated, I did it. Add a mobility acct. and they want to check credit again....Not able to look at the last check, so hit my credit again, then tells me the plan I want is not available, You need to pay more, after a 1hr fight I got my bill amount. Would not recommend this provider, but there all horrible here in Canada, You pay more for services here and get half the customer service.

Maria is the manager I spoke too and she’s the most horrible person to deal with and bad attitude where she doesn’t even know anything about the customer service . I had paid my bill and my phone got disconnected for not receiving payment on time through online banking. And I had to go into the store to pay my bill again for me to restore my service .

Went in vacation in the Georgian bay close to Wasaga beach, I was unable to connect to the Lte 5G that was supposed to be accessible in that area. My wife had Fido and daughter had Fizz and both were connected to Lte while my phone was showing 2 bars in 3g, I was unable to surf two Telus rep were unable to help me. I cancelled and got Fido.
