Pathetic service- ripping people off

The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help. Telus Customer Service Struggle

Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Good price, but beware of verbal offers

We switched to a Telus family plan, via a door-to-door salesman. The price promised was not the price received. We managed to get the price after several emails and phone calls AND because we had recorded the conversation. Moral of the story: always ask for written confirmation

Horrible Customer service policies

I have telus security, They needed a credit check when activated, I did it. Add a mobility acct. and they want to check credit again....Not able to look at the last check, so hit my credit again, then tells me the plan I want is not available, You need to pay more, after a 1hr fight I got my bill amount. Would not recommend this provider, but there all horrible here in Canada, You pay more for services here and get half the customer service.

Billing issues

Maria is the manager I spoke too and she’s the most horrible person to deal with and bad attitude where she doesn’t even know anything about the customer service . I had paid my bill and my phone got disconnected for not receiving payment on time through online banking. And I had to go into the store to pay my bill again for me to restore my service .

Sneaky billing practices hidden contract info

Telus did not disclose pertinent information on the phone regarding upgrading of my mobility contract. Stating that I would receive phones from them for free and I could give them away if I wanted. Terrible Service: Avoid at All Costs!

The network service is the worst I have ever experienced, not worth the hassle and headaches. Calls drop more than a stripper’s underwear. Do not use this horrible service provider!
