It's all good quality service at Telus, but the cost is excessive. There is no reason for Canada to have the highest telecomms costs in the world.

Worst company. Always check your bills before paying. This company charge always over charge and then you waste hours with customer service to solve the problems. Totally scam company. Never use Telus for business services and never use mobility service. Their discount Appling system is rip off.

Telus runs Fibre into every wealthy rural neighbourhood in the county but not to a block in the city with multi unit dwellings. On top of this, they charge me 100+ a month for slow DSL service while offering $60 plans for fibre customers. In addition, I negotiated a price for my contract specifically with no price increases. In 8 months, Telus raised my prices twice and require sitting on hold for More
