We pay for a half-delivered service because the Internet is a mess. We pay for 25 Mbps and we get between 8 and 15 Mbps

They work with Cogeco for repair services, last month it took 5 days for them to come, and this month because I'm still having issues, it took 4 and a half days. The customer service is terrible.
