We are currently looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team. As Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and running our online community. You will work closely with our marketing team to implement our social media strategy and ensure the execution of our communications campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute social media campaigns by providing social content calendars and execution ideas.

 

  • Create relevant and engaging content for social media across various platforms.

 

  • Manage and maintain our online community by creating original content, videos, managing posts and interacting with community members.

 

  • Analyze social media campaign performance to identify successes and areas for improvement.

 

  • Regularly monitor the latest trends in social media and emerging platforms in the industry.

 

  • Monitors the forums in order to answer users’ questions and raise awareness of PlanHub.

Qualifications

  • Natural curiosity for the world of mobile telephony, internet and telecommunications.

 

  • Significant experience in digital marketing and social strategy development.

 

  • Strong experience in community management and social content creation.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to help develop digital/social communications plans and implement tactics to grow the brand on social media.

 

  • Experience in casting and managing influencers would be a plus.

 

  • Ability to participate and lead strategic discussions

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, we are looking for a dynamic profile with ease in front of and behind the camera.

 

  • In-depth knowledge of social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends. Ability to provide analytics and reporting to drive engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that could impact brand reputation.

 

  • Experience using creative applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, video editing.

 

  • Basic knowledge of digital media plans and SEM/SEO.

 

  • Fluent in English and French.
