About the job
As a front-end developer at PlanHub, you’ll play a cross-functional role in our marketing, SEO and other developer teams.
Responsibilities
1 – Analysis and Development
- Active participation in the analysis, architecture and development of our websites.
- Development of the various functionalities planned in the roadmap, rigorously applying best practices.
2 – Ergonomic optimization
- Continuous improvement of application ergonomics and design for optimal user experience.
- Integration of customer and user feedback into the development process.
3 – Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Close collaboration with the product, development, SEO and content teams during work sessions.
- Work in tandem with back-end, SEO and UX teams to ensure overall cohesion.
4 – Agility and Planning
- Active participation in agile rituals related to product development.
- Implement new features in line with planning and analysis.
5 – Integration testing
- Systematic verification of the impact of work on the product through integration tests.
- Guarantee of performance, stability, SEO and security standards.
6 – Technologies used
- Mastery of development languages and frameworks such as React and Typescript.
7 – Related tasks
- Performance of any other related tasks contributing to the evolution and performance of front-end development projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React, Typescript, SCSS and Webpack.
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI, photoshop, illustrator, figma…
- Knowledge of Docker an asset.
- Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork.
- Resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in French and English.
