I have been using the connexio internet service for almost 2 years. I have never had a problem with my internet connection, the billing is simple and clear and is deposited in my mailbox each month. The only reason I changed internet provider was because of a move.

!! the support is only accessible by messenger, and no access to ''MY ACCOUNT'' on their website .... It's hard, it was even worse ... with my previous supplier '' FIZZ '' no way to talk to someone except on facebook messenger, and the robot that answers does not understand what I am asking him, It's sad;) THANK YOU

Customer service leaves much to be desired, especially in the evenings and weekends. For several days, the average speed obtained is maximum 10 kbps while my package is 40. No real compensation has been offered to customers.
