Absolutely disgusting service - DO NOT USE. My Dad passed away unexpectedly while out of the country, it took us weeks to get him home and figure out who his mobile provider was. The 5 of us have been very happy so far. We have BYOP plans and they never increase prices. During Black Friday sales we were able to get better deals through their retention- legacy plans, in their mall kiosk in person which was quite easy. We all saved $15 to $20 a month and got more data. The only problem is when travelling overseas they are expensive with extra $16/day + taxes.

everytime unable to use the wifi. I use my phone data even at home but I am paying bills and no solution. I tried bell, eastlink and others and all of them are not working properly. I am tired of complaining. I by myself I want stopped using all wifi but we have children they need it for different purposes. all internet companies want collect their money but they don't want to fix the problem. Shame.

Eastlink mobile is ok if you just want it for local. After buying a US plan, it did not work in the US. I was told the problem was my phone …..it worked with another carrier. After canceling with eastlink, I still got a bill from them….I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to sort this out….that is very poor customer service!
