They operate like a foreign scam call centre. They have no respect for laws/rights in this country. When you leave they will refuse to send you the packing slip so they can charge you extra money, despite a prearranged exit plan. I switched to IVC a few years ago when they had cable internet for $39.99. The service was quite stable and the price was good. Now in 2023, the price has risen to $49.99 and we have experienced a lot of frequent outages that have affected our telecommuting. Throttle youtube at 2.5mbps from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and they refuse to admit it or rectify the situation. Very very very bad service and bad times.
