bell gives you a 30 day "buyers remorse" opt out when you get a phone from them on contract. so if you become dissatisfied with you phone or notice it has issues after the fact, you are screwed. when I got my phone, I was busy finishing a renovation at the time, so it was past the 30 days before I could really play with the pone and test it out. I noticed rather quickly that there was issues, b More

Since my devices are paid for and I no longer have a contract, my billing is higher than before. I never have the same price every month. He charges me what he wants.

NEVER go with Bell. Their credit limit program is an absolute mess, designed to claw every dollar it can from you. They'll have "app issues" take your payments multiple times, then They'll do nothing about it besides give you credit. I had an unauthorized $200 taken from me and they admitted to it being a mistake and they're doing nothing to help pay for their plain theft.

Can never get a hold of someone who can actually answer my questions. Very poor customer service and very poor communication on their end too. Bell loves to overcharge

I use my mobile phone on "Airplane" often the same thing locally - to use wifi for my calls or data transfers. Despite the use of a different bandwidth than that of Bell, the data transfer is billed to me

I find Bell is a generally reliable service provider, but poor pricing and plan options show it doesn’t feel the need to compete for my business. I don’t necessarily trust the stability of my current contract rate.

Company has honored the contract and met my expectations, but garbled and missed calls around my home are a deal breaker.

Bell Mobility stands out in my case with an excellent price for the phone I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Their 5G is really fast as much as Telus and Rogers. But Bell where they stand out is their prices that I pay.

For years I have been paying Bell Mobility for consistently bad reception. I had to go upstairs to use my mobile phone. Bell Mobility kept saying they’re looking into to it. After three years of waiting I switched to another carrier for1/3 of the price. I am still getting the same bad service from their tower but at least I’m not paying through the nose. Then they sent me a bill for a full month’s More

Calling signal is good. Internet sucks at most places. 5G speed is garbage. 4G works better than 5G most places
