Carrytel is a good budget ISP. They are stable, reliable and at a decent price. Customer service is average with limited hours, which can be an issue if service outages occur outside 10am-7pm EST. Some plans are limited to use with a Hitron CGN3U modem/router combo that they require to be purchased for 59$. The biggest issue is they store your card details and charge it without warning. Remove your details and you get no service. Customer Service is 0, they take you through a script each time without checking notes plus they are not open at peak times. You also get billed to return their faulty equipment. Pay a little more for decent service and dont sign up in the first place!

The service is OK considering the monthly price I pay .I also have TV and home phone on internet.

I have been with carrytel for several years. I only had one issue with outages that took a good while to get to the bottom of which we finally did. That was the most frustrating part but for the cost and general service I am still happy with them. I think if you have an issue then you may be offline for a period but as I said this has happened to me only once.

This company has multiple hidden fees that they do not tell you and only add on to your bill when it is time. If you sometimes struggle with paying the bills on time this company DEFINITELY isn't for you, just a heads up!

Customer service dragged me on for weeks before not being able service my place with internet. Waste of time.
