Had Fizz for about a week then it stopped working, had to send several complaints, no appointment was ever made and nobday came to fix the issue. Modem stopped working and they never came to fix/replace it, just gave me 'promises' that they would come to fix the issue, which they never showed up to do. Just a scam.

Genuinely. It was such a great decision. There is no reason for the complicated, expensive, crappy service from the giant cell providers. I have seriously had no issues with Fizz - in fact my coverage works better with Fizz compared to my old provider. Not to mention my bill is less than half the cost. So worth it!
