From the beginning of switching our service to Lucky mobile, making phone call was not smooth.Signal didn't go through or I or the other person couldn't here well. Recently call signal didn't work at all. When I called the customer service, they tossed me around back and forth between customer service and technical support (which didn't help). They were rude and not providing any solution. Even one of them hung me on the phone.

First off, the reception is absolutely terrible. However, the real reason I would not recommend this scam of a company, is because they purposely force people to leave them a credit by making top up options unflexible. If i want the 22 dollar plan, I must pay 30 dollars because with taxes it comes up to 30 cents over the 25 dollar top up option! So for only 30 cents, I have to give these thieves 4 More

Bell LTE network in Quebec City is not good in the city center and wifi calls no longer work, like Virgin Plus is cheap but better than nothing, better than Telus or Kodoo, I can have wifi calls with Rogers and 100GB Canada, USA Mexico for $35 I will definitely change

I had a horrible experience with lucky mobile. They gave me a sim that never worked. I Was not given an explanation or a refund. They just took my money and provided me with an esim that was not working. Never offered any viable reason as to why....just kept sending me an esim number and QR that were not working. Crazy how they have not been shut down.

I changed service provider to Fido and has a $13 credit (top up). When I decided to leave because I got a better deal. They didn't want to credit me back the $13.
