Best price ever for a great network coverage, speed and stability. You pay way less because they don't have to pay for a call center, but you have access to support throught the great community. The old one was bad but the new one through Telus is absolutely horrible. I don't want to use a chatbot service to pay my bill. There seems to be no other option.
New website/app is so slow....even slower than the old website.
Phone service is good and price is good.

It's not perfect, but for being a low cost carrier, it's as good as any major one. Importantly, it works in places with low reception quality and you don't need to use 5G, though there are options for that. If you didn't know, you can eventually work your way to a $0 bill.

Wish they kept the old points system

Good price, never had a problem, accumulating points allows a reduction in the bill.
