Price is much to High...Bill was charged 2 times when Rodgers took over this has never been fixed. Automated phone system makes a person wait too long ( extreme at times ). With the price charged Good service is expected.

While Shaw is an excellent internet provider, the packages simply keep going up in price while smaller packages that would meet my needs sufficiently are removed from the options. This is not exclusive to Shaw however, I just wish they would keep a few lower tiers available for people who can't afford or would rather not pay hundreds of dollars a month.

renewed our Rogers Shaw account for $199.36/month Sept 5, 2024 in Kamloops Roger store, and was surprised to see them take out $220.12 Sept 14th Bill. Speed for internet is very slow and spotty. TV keeps blanking out. After a two year contract fees went from 212 to 252 and then was told if I didn’t sign a contract same service would be 300 plus taxes.

Now that Rogers owns them, I received a call and they are almost doubling my internet cost.

•Their call volumes are always above average. They have no call back service. Waiting times as long as 2 hours.
•Their chat service is abysmal. Wait times are not as long as on the phone, but the customer service is awful.

I've been a Shaw customer for almost 20 yrs and in the last two years and most so Rogers took over Shaw, it's been horrible. Customer Service representantives aren't trained enough so you spend a bunch of time trying to get help only to have wasted your time, the prices are way higher and limited in plans now. I'm also a Rogers customer and the most I would save is $10/ month. You pay a pile for a More
