Flee! Seriously.... FLEE!! If it's not horrid service is additional fees and then fees on the fees and 'oh, that price was introductory only'.... absolutely rubbish value, absolutely taking advantage and gouging the life out of people who may have no other option. To my good fortune, I now do have alternatives so adios Xplore! ZERO stars!

This is the worst internet company by a longshot the actual speeds are not even close to the speeds being payed for if as so much as the wind blows it stops working constantly having to call to figure out why its not working this time. Its so crazy how they can push these horrible plans to people that just want reliable internet. its no wonder they change the name of this company every year or two More

Started with Xplore because of a good deal. Wanted to change my service and Xplore gave me very nice options. On top of that customer service people are very great. Polite and happy people.

I am on the two year special plan at $49.99 a month. I wish for us seniors over 60 on limited income that the plan would stay the same. That would be awesome if your company to do so. Otherwise great service. Thank You Guy Chamberlain.
