I find this comany is very slow and keeps crashing and has a lot of error messages. And it has crappy communication when wanting to ask questions.

We were with Rogers, got a deal on Perkopolis and switched but made a worse decision to go with Primus. So many outages, kids study for university exams, projects and internet is always down, not stable, comes and by the time we try to connect it's gone again. I work from home and had to connect with VPN again and again. They signed us in a contract and we didn't get what we were looking for and More

Booked twice so that the agent come to my home and install the internet. Got off from work any stayed home, no one showed up. Called at least 6 times, girls answering the phone replied that they could not talk with the agent and make sure if they come!!!!!!! Asked to talk with manager twice, manager was not available!!!!I will not recommend primus at all. Do not waste your time.
