Signed up for new internet, got the equipment shipped but they say there's no way to activate it sooner than the random activation date they gave me. Which was almost 10 days later after the equipment was shipped. And there's no way for them to override that, that's so stupid. Further, there's no way to contact customer service directly without going through annoying self serve menu.
