have visited Koodo located in the Pen Centre in the past few days and Emily and Brodie help me to setting up my phone . They were very friendly and providet professional help Very nice customer service !!!Thank you Emily and Brodie keep up the good work

Worst of the worst

Signed up for new internet, got the equipment shipped but they say there's no way to activate it sooner than the random activation date they gave me. Which was almost 10 days later after the equipment was shipped. And there's no way for them to override that, that's so stupid. Further, there's no way to contact customer service directly without going through annoying self serve menu.

Scammers

I pay for insurance. They gave me a number that the previous user made an insurance claim on also. Now assurion says another email and person on my account won't help me. Unbelievably neither will koodo. After having an agent tell me go to store n get new phone they forgot to fix the tab part so I don't pay. After calling them today Dec 31 2024 they say that part not in notes. But again can't expl More

Frustrated, still no Internet

3 days, 5 hrs, 5 different Reps. Finally ordered, paid and date set for installation, Oct 19/24. Waited till 3pm. Called explained situation. Was transferred, waited on hold 8 mins. Rep could not find info and was told no order could be found and asked What can I help you with today? At that point more frustration More

Koodo has left an awful first impression

I had my set up for yesterday morning nobody showed up. This is showing awful service for. Your company. It’s a bad impression for a first time use. I’m not sure if I will send all the equipment back and look into a creditable company who stands by their appointments unlike you who doesn’t even try calling or trying to contact us and just cancels

Finding service elsewhere

You can’t speak directly to Customer Service at Koodo, you have to arrange a phone call. Their app is very frustrating for dealing with charges. The charges are not explained and although it is not the customer service reps fault, the supervisors do not address concerns in a cooperative manner.

After many years as a customer, I’m done.
