I pay for insurance. They gave me a number that the previous user made an insurance claim on also. Now assurion says another email and person on my account won't help me. Unbelievably neither will koodo. After having an agent tell me go to store n get new phone they forgot to fix the tab part so I don't pay. I had my set up for yesterday morning nobody showed up. This is showing awful service for. Your company. It’s a bad impression for a first time use. I’m not sure if I will send all the equipment back and look into a creditable company who stands by their appointments unlike you who doesn’t even try calling or trying to contact us and just cancels

You can’t speak directly to Customer Service at Koodo, you have to arrange a phone call. Their app is very frustrating for dealing with charges. The charges are not explained and although it is not the customer service reps fault, the supervisors do not address concerns in a cooperative manner.
After many years as a customer, I’m done.

Installation was a breeze and it ran fine for the first two months. Then it started cutting out repeatedly, necessitating multiple modem restarts several times a day. My Koodo bill increased from $37.75 to $58.75. I had to go to a Koodo store in order to make an appointment to get a phone call from the company. I had 8Gb of data and told the agent that I only use 0.8 Gb on a monthly basis and was a senior.
