Be careful about using this service - it is owned by Telus. I originally signed up because they claimed to have wider coverage in BC than Rogers. However their definition of "wider" means "roaming" which is VERY expensive. When I cancelled my account, they insisted on charging me for another 3 months - despite my not using their services. I dont know why that surprises me - It is Telus after all. Serves me right I suppose.

On the phone for over 90 minutes, bounced from dept to dept attempting to advocate for some empathy and understanding. Told that the previous departments should have addressed the concern. The client I work with has been in hospital for nearly a year, the bills racked up, warrantied phone was stolen but client couldn't report it stolen given their condition. My cell phone is finished being paid for. I would like my package costs to be cheaper because I have been a loyal customer for several years, otherwise I will change companies, I can't wait to pay so much!

Don't receive loyalty offers, ignore return requests, claim to use authentic iPhone parts but do not, do not correct reported missed or late payments, do not record on time payments. Msrp is inflated resulting in misleading customers, taxes charged on inflated price.... mislead to believe 5g plan would receive 5g speeds when 5g is not offered.Otherwise one of the cheaper companies.

TELUS Koodo I have never ever seen such a money grabbing, no service company in all my life. I am trying to port my Koodo HOME phone (no texting from home phone available). So then there is 3 different verification phone numbers provided to CALL koodo. HA they do not take incoming calls. The tell you to go online, request callback, then hang up. I have twice requested a call back that never happen More

You asked for my opinion on my mobile carrier, I gave you the best answers I could. The only reason that Koodo did not get any 5 stars from me is simple, no one should just jump up and give any carrier 5 stars for 1 simple reason, no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement. I do like Koodo more than anyone else I’ve tried and their price is not to bad as well. I hope this helps you out. Thank you for the chance on your prize. Tom

I switched providers in November… I switched providers in November 2024 because I was fed up with only chatting with a bot. Unable to reach Koodo to refund me an overpaid $17.45. Even after scheduling a phone call for the next day and when they called back, the line went dead and they didn't call me back. To avoid this situation, the best method of payment is by credit card to be able to do a chargeback.

Koodo is essentially a cellular provider without a kiosk so by cutting out the expense on vendors, their phone service is better and the plan cheaper than elsewhere.
