Avoid Rogers: Nightmare Service

If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

This company is an absolute joke. I signed up in April as i was offered one of their Can/Us/Mexico/Caribbean plans at $65/month. I was not told that it was any special promotion (and I even inquired whether it expired). I was told it was forever and there would be no issues.
