With Rogers, everything goes like clockwork! The coverage is excellent, the shared service areas too, the availability of 5G and even 5G+ is among the best, and if I'm in the forest, in the mountains or on a lake, I have reception at least LTE and it works! The bill doesn't change price all the time like with Bell. I have the same plan, with an excessively generous bandwidth of 100GB per month at a hyper competitive rate compared to other providers, who only offer 20GB or 30GB. Thank you.

Sort story is, their sales team will lie to you in order to sell you a phone or plan at a certain price, then your bill comes in at a way higher number than you agreed on. Their customer service doesn't care very much and won't do much to help.They used to be a good company for me... or I just got lucky. I can't recommend them at all anymore. Their bills are intentionally very confusing, they charge you more all the time, and they make excuses for another staff lying to you about something to sell it. I recently got a new phone with a plan that I already had. After a long talk on the phone with service agent we figured out what I would be paying monthly and all other costs. In the end my bill was no where close to what he said. It ended up being $40 more expensive than we talked about, and it had a shipping fee included that he said he would wave. I called their customer support and after an hour and half of waiting and talking briefly they said they are sorry that whoever I had last time lied about the bill, but now that it's there, there is nothing they can do. Eventually they removed the shipping fee, but I am stuck with a phone and plan that I am paying way too much for and cannot easily get out of without paying cancellation fees and so forth.
