Left us for one week without internet. Staff are disrespectful, hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation , extreme hold time and seems like no one knows how to do the job.

My daughter (grade 9) got phone bill this month, $586. Her cell plan was 20G data limit plan. Without notice she got 3.5G data over the limit (20G). Over 3.5G data Virgin Mobile Canada charged over $551, $15 /100 MB. I could not believe Virgin runs their business like this. Actually I even did not want give them any star!

canceled my service and got an email confirming. then got a bill for the next month. I called and they said it wasn't canceled and I had to pay the bill. they finally canceled it for the second time and waived my bill. wont deal with them again.

From February 2025 they will no longer have 5G which is disappointing. In my village without 5G, the reception is one bar so phone calls cut out. In addition, they offer us a lower package in compensation. So even if I had good service, I will change provider.

Really appreciated the negotiation and the pre-installation service by the technician. The price of the package is more interesting than Bell. On the other hand, when purchasing the package, I was not told that it would increase two months later. Not correct...
