A clerk answers my questions well half the time. For prices, they are more expensive than the competition! Also, they raised my rates without sending me a notice!!! To avoid!

I moved from Bell to Virgin best choice ever. No overages, no dropped calls. Same plan as bell almost $40.00 cheaper.

For several years I have been with Virgin, the service was great but now Bell bought it and now everything is going wrong. The billing overcharges month after month for cancelled or changed services or fees. All incompetents at Bell (Virgin)

Paid for servies I wasn't using. no compensation was added as a loyal customer for many years. Poor reception everywhere you go. Customer service line had a constant roosters in the back ground. Paid for roaming fee that didn't even work in the states. Bad service all around. Waste of money.

The internet sucks first as all even at higher speeds. Plus it's the same price as the actual big name providers. Always had to call 5 plus times to get issues resolved. Internet also got hooked up without a coaxial cable.They lost my modem in the mail that I sent back properly and refused to refund me because i didn't have a tracking number. Which also no one told me I needed. $84 for a modem btw. Not worth the headache.

I chose this brand because it was more affordable than the larger brands in Canada. But now that I see there are more affordable companies to choose from, there is no reason to settle for the terrible customer service, the lack of accountability and the gimmicky gifts/freebies/draws this company is made of.
