Flee! Seriously.... FLEE!! If it's not horrid service is additional fees and then fees on the fees and 'oh, that price was introductory only'.... absolutely rubbish value, absolutely taking advantage and gouging the life out of people who may have no other option. To my good fortune, I now do have alternatives so adios Xplore! ZERO stars!

This is the worst internet company by a longshot the actual speeds are not even close to the speeds being payed for if as so much as the wind blows it stops working constantly having to call to figure out why its not working this time. Its so crazy how they can push these horrible plans to people that just want reliable internet. its no wonder they change the name of this company every year or two More

Do not use them! Fibe 1000 is not really Fibe. Slow speeds tv lagging and the only thing in use. Call customer service for them to threaten us to charge us for the last 18 months for a piece of equipment we have and they dont know about! How's that possible when their guys hooked us up 18 months ago....so they dont know what they hooked us up with???? Still no resolution to crap internet....more l More

I have always appreciated the excellent customer service from Xplore. Also, it is priced competitively, Canadian owned and have always been there when I needed help or technical advice. I live rurally and don't have a lot of options, and can't afford the price from the alternative option. Keep up the good work and thanks for being a real person on the other end of the line.
