If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

I started with Rogers 28 years ago. I had a flip phone and loved it. Just had to get rid of it because they are taking down the towers and it won't work any more. Got to keep my same plan with a smart phone $38/mnth.
