If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

I would highly suggest you look around for another carrier the charges to use my phone while I was in the USA was absolutely ridiculous it cost me $270/month and after 2 months it was an additional $540. on top of my monthly billing and once again that is going up??? Now it will go up to $ More
