Pathetic service- ripping people off

The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help. Agent name Melodie and Manager Lorrie both were super rude.Talking it over with there incompetent customer service, Both of them did not show any support and did not even try to give us any solution. Telus Customer Service Struggle

Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. Some agents are very friendly and dedicated and others are just the opposite. Today I spoke to a woman named Fatouma who was professional and More

Terrible company...

Big company with less respect for customers! I tried to cancel my subscription. IM-PO-SI-BLE! This option does not exist on their website. I tried on the phone (landline and cell). I went around in circles... always the robot, even when it offered me the help of an agent! I called More

Good internet speeds

I've been with Telus for more than 3 years. I used to have the 1 gig plan, but then I downgraded to 250 Mbps and it's been going good so far. Work from home and movie streaming is working good.

Telus needs a competitor

I’m not sure I’d feel different with any of the major internet or mobility providers. I constantly feel as though they are running a monopoly and gouging with fees whenever they can. The services themselves are middle of the road. It does take a long time to get technical help when needed. But at More

Ongoing Connection Troubles: Three Years

We have had intermittent connection problems x 3 years - dropping connection, etc. They have come out and troubleshooting occured several times - always a new theory as to why things are cutting in and out. Nothing has helped more than a short period of time. Need something more reliable.

Out sourced customer service

I spent almost 5 hours being bounced back and forth between agents to get an issue resolved. Telus was an Alberta based company and they grew too big to the point that they don’t care about providing decent service. I spoke with “support agents” in the Philippines, Guatemala and MoroccoMore
